Bartender
(Mixing beverages using an extensive range of ingredients including liquor, bitters, soda, water, sugar, and fruits. Taking beverage orders from customers or wait staff and serving drinks as requested, paying extreme attention to detail. Satisfying patron requests in a timely manner. At all times, bartenders are expected to be attentive to our guest needs and make them feel welcome, comfortable, important and relaxed. ),
Assistant General Manager
(The Assistant General Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of our restaurant. Including the selection, development and performance management of employees. In addition, they oversee the inventory, ordering of food, beverage, and supplies, optimize profits and above all of that ensure guests are satisfied with their dining experience. The Assistant General Manager reports to the General Manager.)
Line Cook
(Must have a basic knowledge of food cookery hot and cold. Must be able to multitask during a shift. They are required to complete prep lists assigned to them along with deep cleaning projects that are delegated by the Executive Chef and/or Sous Chef. Must understand the importance of handling food and kitchen wares in a clean and safe fashion. Must always also maintain food and sanitation standards. Maintains a positive work environment and is teamwork oriented.) ,
Server
(The purpose of this position is to interact with our guests and ensure they have a great experience when dining at the restaurant. Restaurant servers are responsible for positive guest interactions while serving guests in a friendly and efficient manner. At all times, servers are expected to be attentive to our guest needs and make them feel welcome, comfortable, important and relaxed. Servers are expected to have some basic cooking knowledge.
This position does represent the company in handling complaints, arbitrating disputes or resolving grievances, as a restaurant server you will be expected to work with all guests and visitors to ensure satisfaction.)
Host
(The purpose of this position is to interact with our guests in the restaurant and over the phone and ensure they have a great experience when communicating with and visiting the restaurant. Hosts are responsible for positive guest interactions while greeting and interacting with incoming and outgoing guests. At all times, hosts are expected to be attentive to our guest needs and make them feel welcome, comfortable, important and relaxed. Hosts are expected to have excellent communication skills).
Busser
(Prepares dining room for patrons by cleaning and clothing tables; setting decorations, condiments, candles, napkins, service plates, and utensils. Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation and safety policies),
Delivery Driver
(Loading, transporting, and delivering food items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner. Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.)
